1. The entrant certifies that they are the sole owner of the copyright in the photograph submitted to the contest.

The entrant grants the contest organizers a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display the photograph, in whole or in part, in any media or format, including but not limited to online and print publications, promotional materials, and exhibitions related to the contest, without further compensation or notification.

3. The entrant acknowledges that the contest organizers may modify the photograph, in whole or in part, for editorial purposes, including but not limited to resizing, cropping, and color correction.

4. The entrant acknowledges that the contest organizers are not responsible for any unauthorized use of the photograph by third parties.

5. The entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the contest organizers, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, suits, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with any breach of the entrant’s representations or warranties, or any infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property rights, by the entrant or the photograph submitted to the contest.

6. The entrant acknowledges that the contest organizers have the right to disqualify any photograph that they believe, in their sole discretion, violates these terms and conditions, is inappropriate, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
